Shipping Information

Dispatching Orders

We will process your order in 1 to 2 business days.

Update 10/7/22: We are on a short break so any orders placed from 10/7/22 to 15/7/22 will be shipped on 16/7/22.

Domestic Shipping

We will ship all of our domestic orders via Australia Post. For parcels, we will include a Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email. Any items sent as Regular Letters will not include a Tracking Number.

Please note: Australia Post have advised that “delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.”

We offer the following delivery options on checkout:

Other States: 3-6 Business Days for Metro. Check with Australia Post for Country locations.
Express PostExpress Post is Australia Post’s fastest delivery method however they cannot currently guarantee next day delivery due to the current situation.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Hong Kong.

We will ship all of our international orders via Australia Post and will include a Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email. We offer the following delivery options on checkout:

Returns and Refunds

We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion.
