Shipping Information

Dispatching Orders

We will ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.

Domestic Shipping

We will ship all of our domestic orders via Australia Post. For parcels, we will include a Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email. Any items sent as Regular Letters will not include a Tracking Number. We offer the following delivery options on checkout:

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand.

We will ship all of our international orders via Australia Post and will include a Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email. We offer the following delivery options on checkout:

Returns and Refunds

We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion.
